What the Nénufar are ?

The Nénufar are indoor shoes with aesthetic and neat design, made of leather in Portugal. With their memory foam, they will offer you unparalleled comfort and their down lining will give you warmth and softness. Their sole in natural EVA will allow you to use outdoors in dry weather.

What is the added value of Nénufar?

The Nénufar are a perfect combination of a shoe and a slipper, creating a new product, ideal to offer you a moment of relaxation both at home and in other interiors such as the office or during your travels. Made of Italian leather, they are suitable for you in terms of quality, design and comfort. Their removable memory foam can easily be cleaned. You can wash it with the washing machine, at 30°.
More than a slipper, the Nénufar also allows you to use it on the outside with their natural EVA sole.

Can I use my Nenufar to go outside, drive etc?

The Nénufar are designed primarily for comfort and relaxation indoors (home, office, plane...) and remain primarily slippers.

They are designed to be worn indoors and for light outdoor use (buy something around the corner, walk your dog in your neighborhood, go out on your terrace / garden). Our products offer the comfort of a slipper, the aesthetics and the practical side of a shoe. Use it as you prefer !

Where can I buy Nenufar?

To buy a pair of Nenufar, nothing more simple : go to the "products" page, then click on the product of your choice, choose your size, add the product to cart and finalize your order. There you go ! You just have to wait until your pair arrives !

Where are the Nénufar made?

Nénufar are manufactured in Portugal near Porto in a family factory. We are oftenly going on site and work closely with the factory team.

With what materials are the Nénufar manufactured?

Nénufar combines quality materials to create a high-end and unique product. The upper is made of Italian leather, known worldwide for its quality.

The lining is a synthetic down that provides an incredible feeling of softness.

The removable insole is equipped with a memory foam for optimal comfort.

Finally the sole is made of EVA, a natural rubber from trees grown a few kilometers from our factory. This material offers extra comfort and cushioned shocks. All these materials have also been chosen for their lightness in order to offer you even more comfort.

How to maintain my Nénufar?

We advise you to waterproof your Nénufar to be able to easily preserve them from the stains and to be able later to clean them with more ease. For the cleaning you can use a shampoo designed for the maintenance of the suede in addition to a refreshing spray on your Nénufar. For persistent stains use a stain remover.

The insole is removable and also washable by hand, or washing machine in a delicate program at low temperatures.

Do the Nénufar have a support for the arch?

The Nénufar offer a good foot support thanks to their shape and the way they are designed, but they have no support for the arch because it does not correspond to everyone and could be very uncomfortable for people having flat feet or very little arch.

Can I use my orthopedic insoles with my Nenufar?

Yes, you can use your orthopedic insoles if you wish. To do this, simply remove the removable insole and replace it with your own insoles.

How to choose your size ?

Each foot is different, so it is very difficult to recommend one size over another. However, we recommend our customers to take a size above theirs because of the lining that leaves a little less ease to the foot than in a classic shoe because it takes up more space.

Are Nenufar unisex?

Yes, all Nénufar are unisex, every reference color exists in all sizes man and woman!

What if I did not receive an email confirmation of my order?

If you have not received an email confirming your order, check your spam or junk mail just in case. If you still do not have one, you can contact us at

How to cancel an order ?

You took the wrong size or color? Send us an e-mail at containing your order number and what you want to change. If your order has not been sent yet we will do the necessary to make the change and send you the right order.

What currency do you accept?

You can pay in euros or US dollars, the conversion between your currency and the euro or the dollar will be done automatically.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit and credit cards from all countries in 135 different currencies.

Are your online payments secure?

Yes totally! Our payment page uses SSL which guarantees the security of payments and datas.

What delivery options do you offer?

For metropolitan France, delivery is offered if you choose the relay point delivery option. If you want a delivery option via Colissimo or Chronopost you will simply have to pay the remaining difference.

For deliveries abroad, they all pass through Fedex International. (5 – 7 working days). They are not included in our price.

Where is my package, how can I track my shipment?

You can follow the delivery of your package with your tracking number which appears in the mail of confirmation of the shipment (e-mail which you will receive within 2 working days which follow your order). Then enter this tracking number on the website of the carrier you have chosen (Point Relais, Collissimo, Chronopost, Fedex International) and you will get the information about it.

Can i return my Nénufar for an exchange or a reimbursing ?

Of course, you can change the color and / or size.

You can also send us back your Nénufar within a month, without any justification.

What are the conditions for Nénufar's return?

If you need to return your Nenufar, you can do it within 30 days of receiving your order.

What is the process for exchange or reimbursing Nénufar?

Three things:

- you must complete the reason for your return (size problems, colors, manufacturing defects)

- print the return label

- Generate a return slip that will be printed and pasted on the return card post the package

Upon receipt of the product by our logistics, an email will be sent to you with one of the two information below.

Two things :

- an exchange: you will receive an e-mail with a single-use code so that you can place an order free of charge on the website.

- a refund: you will receive an email to warn you that a refund will be effective and appear on your account within 5 to 10 days.

Is the exchange free?

The exchange in France is free.
Internationally, we can not offer the return costs that are too important.

However, we offer the second shipment.
